DRC Healthcare is expanding its operations to Islamabad & Karachi We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and seasoned Manager Recruitment. OFFICE TIMING: UK Based (1PM - 10PM) Core Responsibility: Hiring and training of the Recruitment Team. Overseeing of daily business operations. Developing and implementing growth strategies to meet the targets. Improving revenue. Lead the Team in a targeted fast paced environment so that they generate revenue not only for the company but a handsome commission for themselves. Evaluating performance and productivity by monitoring and preparing reports. Evaluates and discuss individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management with Head Office. Skills Required: Proven experience of at least 5 years in a Managerial/Team Lead role in UK Healthcare Recruitment Industry. (Preferred he has done UK based Nursing Recruitment himself) Strong decision-making ability. Excellent English communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
